Richard Home is for boys above 18 years old who need ADL (activities for daily living) support. It accommodates 25 inmates. The home in-charge Sr. Esther coordinates all the training and other activities in consultation with the residential co-ordinator and the director. The nursing care and service are available for 24 hours and staff ratio is 4:1.
